
Nothing Beats a Sample: Although our website provides a great amount of
detail about our products, there is no better way to ensure your satisfaction
than by seeing our product for yourself. This is why we recommend ordering
a sample first. If you are pleased with the sample and decide to order, we
require a $100 or 50% deposit. It is strongly suggested, especially during peak wedding season (May – October), that you place a deposit in order to avoid disappointment. Sample costs will be credited against your final bill once
an order is placed.
Your Personal Proof: When you place an order, we will create a final proof incorporating your wording and event details. Once you have made any
adjustments to the design and approved the final proof, we will prepare your
design for print and assembly. Any changes you request after the approval of
the final proof may result in additional time and costs.
Print and Assembly: Depending on the size and complexity of the order,
the time from print and assembly to shipping varies. We will provide you an
estimate for time needed for printing and assembly but we recommend
starting the process at least eight weeks before your event. |
